Why break this down into 4 modules and spread them over a year?

Simply put, it's because the program is of such a size and contains so many new ideas, that if we published the whole thing in one volume, the likelihood is that many subscribers would simply become overwhelmed and the result would be that NOTHING gets done or implemented.

This gives you three months to read, digest and introduce some of the ideas to your firm to get you to experience the taste of success and introduce subtle changes gradually, rather than recommending immediate wholesale changes.
